Meet The Team Behind BIOS

Jim Stephens has been involved in the Cannabis and CEA industry from production to sales since I-502 passed in Washington state in 2015. His unique experience running large and small teams has always centered around the philosophy of making things painless for his customers. He firmly believes “We’re not successful, if you’re not successful.”

Patrick Kamphaus has led the BIOS Horticulture team since 2019. Before joining the BIOS Horticulture team, he worked in commercial sales and operations for an ornamental greenhouse supplying big box garden centers. He also worked at commercial cultivation facilities during the launch of the Illinois medical cannabis program.
